The Black Stars of Ghana will do battle with the Red Devils of Congo in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi on Friday.
The game will kick-off at exactly 3:30 Ghana time.
After a careful monitoring of the Black Stars last training session ahead of Congo clash on Friday these are the men likely to be selected by James Kwesi Appiah.
In post will be Richard Ofori and he will be guarded by Jonathan Mensah who is likely to replace John Boye, doubtful after suffering thigh injury and couldn’t train on Thursday. Mensah will pair Daniel Amartey, while if anything is to go by from the training session, then Jeffery Schlupp will be operating from the left full back position due to the late arrival of Lumor to the Black Stars camp. Harrison Afful will be deployed to the right full back.
Kwesi Appiah will continue to find faith in his central midfield pair of Ebenezer Ofori and Thomas Partey, while Andre Ayew and Christian Atsu will operate from the left and right wings.
Jorday Ayew will partner Asamoah Gyan upfront.
